The Sustainable Studio: Self-care strategies for vocal coaches - Emma Wilson
Attendees will learn how a laryngologist looks at and interprets the scope for meaning and treatment planning.
AI in the Voice Studio: What I've Learned Building an AI Vocal Coach - Dave Spicer

Every coach in the room will leave with a framework for evaluating voice technology and a clear sense of where AI fits (and doesn't) in their studio.
Performance and Coaching Masterclass - Mindy Pack
In this session, Mindy will work with students live, making the on-the-fly modifications that help her artists sound their best every time.

Attendees will learn how a laryngologist looks at and interprets the scope for meaning and treatment planning.
Voice diagnostics for sports - not just “a scope” - Reena Gupta MD
Dr Gupta will take you through a proper voice exam so you know what to expect (and what you deserve). We’ll then move into problems that may be impacting your voice, including laryngitis, allergies, muscular issues, surgery and more.
From Talent to Stage: Preparing the Artist for the Demands of the Opportunity - Lisa Lockland-Bell, Mindy Pack - artist case studies - Eva Ilov and Chloe Johnson
Many young artists spend years preparing for the audition, the competition or the moment they finally receive the yes. But the reality is that the opportunity is often where the real work begins.
This expert panel explores the critical transition from talent to professional demand: Is the artist’s voice conditioned for the schedule ahead? Do they have the technical foundation, vocal stamina, recovery strategies and support systems required to sustain the workload of a role, television appearance, recording schedule or live performance career?
Through live demonstrations and honest conversations with artists who have experienced this journey, including Australian Idol finalist Eva Ilov and emerging professional artist Chloe Johnston, Lisa Lockland-Bell and Mindy Pack will unpack the process of taking raw talent and preparing the artist for the realities of a professional career.
This session will explore the gap between getting the opportunity and being ready to sustain it — where vocal health, technique, artistry, mindset and practical tools come together to create longevity.
Lunch
We will discuss what AI feedback can actually measure and where it genuinely helps students between lessons, and — critically — what it completely misses. Every coach in the room will leave with a framework for evaluating voice technology and a clear sense of where AI fits (and doesn't) in their studio.
Technology, AI & The Future Singer - Brandon Pack
In this workshop we will understand technology and how to use it effectively to grow our brand and our audience.
Ethical and Practical Use of AI Songwriting Tools - Gareth Hednerson
Nothing is more relevant than the intersection of AI and music. Here we’ll explore the current laws, ethics, and best use for AI as a signer and songwriter. How can you use AI in a way that serves you and your art?
What if Vocal Freedom Started with the Feet? Jeremy Mossman (virtual)
Attendees will explore the relationship between the feet, pelvis, and the ground and how it can influence vocal coordination all the way through the vocal tract. This interactive workshop introduces a bottom-up, fully embodied approach to voice teaching and learning.
