Jenny Matthews is a Senior Speech Pathologist and Director of Bayside Voice Centre, with 25 years of experience in education, disability, and private practice.

As a neurodivergent professional with ADHD, Jenny brings lived experience to her work in voice, laryngeal care, literacy, and inclusion. Jenny has the privilege to collaborate with LGBTIQ+ individuals to find their authentic ME voice and presented this work at the Neurodivergence and Wellness Conference in 2025. Jenny has published her own voice journey, authoring a chapter in the book ‘Illuminating Your Feminessence’
