This interactive workshop introduces a bottom-up, fully embodied approach to voice teaching and learning that combines contemporary Fascia research, Biotensegrity, Complexity Theory, and Nonlinear Pedagogy to explore the remarkable ways living systems organize themselves effortlessly. Participants will feel their voice shift over an over again as they experience different ways to use the support of the ground proving that when the whole body is more supported, less effort to support the voice is needed. Rather than focusing on directing specific outcomes, this session will demonstrate how teachers can encourage exploration while still moving in the direction of meaningful vocal goals.
Attendees will leave with practical, ready-to-use strategies that cultivate curiosity, embodied awareness, and greater joy in voice teaching & learning.
